Human Rights Defenders Plus (HRD+) strongly condemns today’s terrorist incident at Imam Zaman Mosque in Baghlan province. This attack, which targeted the defenseless worshippers of one of the Shiite mosques, is indicative of the terrorists’ cruelty, brutality and intolerance towards religious differences.
