Mission & Objectives

Mobilize a capable movement of HRDs that advocate human rights issues and bring changes in the lives of the people of Afghanistan.

Status
The organisation must be either not-for-profit organization or, if profit-generating, must be a “community serving” organisation. It must be a legally registered entity, with a registered constitution and registered address
Location

Any organization from anywhere can apply for full membership

Independance
The organization should operate independently, without affiliations to any political parties or extremist groups.                            
Activity
The organization must demonstrate a commitment to human rights work throughout its membership tenure.
Contribution
The organisation must demonstrate what unique contribution it can bring to the network

General Assembly attendance

The right to attend Annual General Meetings of HRD+

Voting

The right to vote in the General Assembly of HRD+

Board representation

The right to have its nominated representative running and being elected on the Board of the HRD+

Obligations

Values

The obligation to accept and adhere to HRD+ Mission & Values

Fee
Active membership

The obligation to engage in active membership and commit to contributing to the network’s activities

Application procedure

All applications must be submitted through the form below with the following documents
Statutes / Certificate of Registration
Annual activities / Financial Report
A reference letter from another NGO / Network
All applications for full membership will be carefully reviewed and decided upon by the HRD+ Steering Committee.
